Privacy Policy

The following Privacy Policy governs the online information collection practices of LeapZone Strategies Inc. d/b/a Build To Rock™. Specifically, it outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are using the Build To Rock™ program, and the ways in which we use this information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may provide to us or that we may collect offline and/or through other means (for example, at a live event, via telephone, or through the mail).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting and using the Build To Rock™ program, you agree that your use of our program, and any dispute over privacy, is governed by this Privacy Policy. Because the Web is an evolving medium, we may need to change our Privacy Policy at some point in the future, in which case we’ll post the changes to this Privacy Policy on this website and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the program after we post any such changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified.

How We Collect and Use Information

The only information we obtain about our members, is information we need to provide access to the program and process payment of membership fees. That information is never revealed, resold, or made public for any reason.
Personally identifiable information provided by members (name, e-mail, etc…) is never disclosed to anyone. Should you choose to participate in Build To Rock’s™ private online group, contests or promos; you will be advised at the time of participation if any of your required information will be made public.

Each time a member logs into our program, we store a temporary “cookie” in the browser files of the member’s computer. This cookie is used during a member’s online session to allow free access to the Members Only Zone, without repeatedly requiring a member to re-enter their username and password. Whenever a member logs off or leaves the program, the “cookie” file is automatically removed. However, please note that if a member checks the “remember me” option when logging in, the cookie will stay in place to remember their username and password as the member requested.

External Links

In order to provide visitors with greater value, some of our pages may provide links to various third party websites. In no case, is member information or “cookies” provided to the third party sites. However, keep in mind that many sites do attempt to capture visitor information when browsing those sites. Once a member leaves our program, we are not able to alert them should another site attempt to gather information from their browser.
